Bajra Food Mix

Ingredients :

  • Bajra 50 g.
  • Green Gram dal 20 g.
  • Til seeds 10 g.
  • Sugar 20 g.

Method of preparation :
1. Clean and dehusk bajra.
2. Roast and powder Bajra, green gram dal and til seeds separately.
3. Mix all the powders together adding powdered sugar.
4. Store in dry and airtight container.
