Bombay Toast

Ingredients:
  • bread : 5 slices
  • milk : 1 cup
  • egg : 1
  • sugar : 2 tbsp
  • butter : 1 tbsp
Method:
  • Beat together egg, milk and sugar to a batter.
  • Heat a pan and spread a little butter.
  • Dip a slice of bread in the batter and fry till golden brown turning it once on either side.
  • Careful not to break the bread.
  • Can be used as breakfast or evening snack.
