Ingredients:
- 6 chicken pieces
- (medium-size)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 11/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp kesari powder
- oil for frying
- salt to taste
- Add the chicken, lemon juice, kesari powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl
- Marinate for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a deep fry pan.
- Fry the chicken pieces few at a time in a low flame until the chicken turns reddish brown in color.
