Chicken 65

Ingredients:
  • 6 chicken pieces
  • (medium-size)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 11/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp kesari powder
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste
Method:
  • Add the chicken, lemon juice, kesari powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl
  • Marinate for 2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a deep fry pan.
  • Fry the chicken pieces few at a time in a low flame until the chicken turns reddish brown in color.
