Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Sour Cream.
- 1 pkt French vanilla cake mix.
- 3 Eggs.
- ¼ cup of Water.
- 1 can Cherry pie filling.
- ½ cups of Almond slices.
- Powdered sugar glaze.
- 1 cup of crushed strong instant coffee.
- Combine the cake mix, sour cream, egg and water together.
- Pour into greased 15X10 inch baking tin.
- Drop spoonful of cherry pie filling onto the mix.
- Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until golden.
- Sprinkle with almonds and glaze.
