Ingredients:
- 2 to 3 large tomatoes, diced
- 1/4th cup red onion, finely diced
- 3/4 cup kala channa soaked for 4 hours or more and boiled in a cup of waer and 1/4 tsp. of salt till soft. Drain or cook the water out.
- 1 Green chili, finely chopped
- 20 sprigs of cilantro leaves minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 3/4th teaspoon or to taste of Ajika Chaat Masala
- 3 teaspoon lemon juice
- Toss the tomatoes, boiled kala channa and onion together.
- Add the green chili, coriander leaves, sugar, chat masala, lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
