Lassi

Ingredients:
  • 1cup plain yogurt
  • 11/2 cup ice-cold water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
Method:
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend about 15 seconds, or until frothy. (If you don’t have a blender, place all ingredients in a tightly covered jar and shake to

*To whip up a fruit lassi, replace the salt, cumin, and chili with 2 ripe bananas or half a mango and 2 tbsp. sugar.
