Ingredients:
- Maida - 2 cups (All Purpose flour)
- Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ajwain- 1 tbsp
- Ghee-1 tbsp
- Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 4 tsp
- Mix maida, salt, red chilli powder,asafoetida, ajwain,ghee or oil and knead well.
- Make into balls and roll into very thin large chapatis.
- Make cuts using a knife by drawing a no of parallel lines to cut into diamond shaped pieces.
- Deep fry these in oil.
