Mango Shake

Ingredients:
  • 1 quart full fat milk
  • 2 cups sweet mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup sugar
Method:
  • Peel the mangoes and separate the pulp from the seed.
  • Pour milk into a mixer/electric blender/food processor and add the mango pulp and sugar.
  • Mix until the mango pulp is well blended with the milk giving a pale yellow color.
  • Chill and serve.
