Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup oatmeal (rolled or ground)
- 1/2 cup water or milk
- 1/3 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup milk
- Combine oatmeal and 1/2 cup of water or milk.
- Bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until liquid is mostly absorbed.
- Remove from heat and cover; let stand for 5 minutes.
- Mash banana, and add remaining milk or formula, mixing thoroughly.
- Stir the banana-milk mixture into the cooked cereal.
