Paushtik Laddoo

Ingredients :

  • Suji 100 g.
  • Besan 50 g.
  • Gingelly seeds (til) 25 g.
  • Milk 250 g.
  • Fat/Oil 150 g.
  • Jaggery 200 g.

Method of preparation :
1. Roast gingelly seed on slow flame till light brown.
2. Grind it.
3. Hat fat/oil. Add suji and besan and fry till golden brown.
4. Mix milk, gingelly seed, and jaggery and remove from fire.
5. Allow it to cool and prepare equal size laddoos.
