Paushtik Soup

Ingredients :
  • Rice 100 g.
  • Bengal gram 50 g.
  • Amaranth 50 g.
  • Tomato 100 g.
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 30 ml.
Method of preparation :
1. Wash and soak rice and dal for an hour or so.
2. Cook all with salt and water till soft.
3. Mash and strain through a sieve.
4. Pressing the contents with a laddle.
5. Add oil and serve.
