Chocolate Clusters

This scrumptious chocolate recipe combines melted chocolate with sweet raisins and nuts for a delicious after-dinner bite or kids' dessert that's sure to satisfy.
  • 1/2 pound of chocolate
  • 1 cup of nuts and/or raisins
  • Place the chocolate in a 2-quart glass container, and microwave on medium power (50%) for 2-3 minutes, or just until softened. (Check every 15 seconds to avoid scorching.) 
  • Stir until smooth..
  • Stir raisins and/or nuts into melted chocolate.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
Melting times:
semisweet chocolate......2 to 2 1/2 minutes
milk chocolate...........1 1/2 to 1 3/4 minutes
white chocolate..........1 to 1 1/2 minutes
