- 2 c. (16 oz.) plain yogurt
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 peeled cucumber, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh coriander
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
- In a bowl, beat yogurt until smooth.
- Combine yogurt with remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Cover bowl and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Refrigeration time: 60 minutes
