Ingredients:
1.Rub the fish with salt, chilli powder, garam masala,vinegar, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste. Keep
it aside.
2. Line a pan with oil and grill the fish.
3. Serve hot.
- Pomphret,big 1 no.
- Garam masala 1 tsp.
- Coriander powder 1 tsp.
- Vinegar 2 tbsps.
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
- Chilli powder To taste
- Oil 1 tsp.
- Salt To taste
