Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Heat oven to 400 degrees and grease popover pan.
- In a blender mix the flour, salt, eggs, milk, and butter until smooth.
- Divide among six popover pans, filling cups about 1/3 full.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes until risen. Serve warm.

Baking Time: About 40 minutes
If you want your popovers dryer, prick the top of the popovers after 35 minutes to and continue to bake until golden, 5 to 10 minutes.
If you do not have popover pans, a standard muffin pan can be used instead. The rough size of each cup is 2 1/2-inch by 1 1/4-inch. Note that the baking time will be shorter. This recipe will fill a muffin pan with 12 cups.
