Berries Romanoff

Treat your family royally to this easy and refreshing "berry-licious" dessert! No matter how we serve it, on its own or as the tempting topper to a slice of pound cake or a scoop of ice cream, it's a winner!
  • 1 pound (about 4 cups) fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
1. Combine all ingredients in a resealable storage bag. Seal then toss to mix and coat evenly. Let stand 30 minutes, or refrigerate up to 4 hours.
2. Spoon over ice cream or thin slices of angel food or pound cake.
