Mango D‐Lite

  • ½ litre double toned milk
  • 100 gm fat free khoya grated
  • ripened mango 1 medium sized (175 gm) cubed
  • 25 sachets ( 25 gm) sugar substitute
  • 5‐6 cashew nuts chopped
  • 5‐6 pistachios chopped and 
  • a pinch of cardamom powder
  • Boil the milk in a deep sauce pan and medium heat for 20‐25 mins or till it thickens. 
  • Add sugar substitute and grated khoya. Mix well. And cook on medium heat for 3‐4 mins. 
  • Stir in between. When cool add mango pieces and sprinkle cardamom powder. 
  • And decorate with cashew nuts chopped pistachios. 
  • And chill it in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
