Ingredients:
- ½ litre double toned milk
- 100 gm fat free khoya grated
- ripened mango 1 medium sized (175 gm) cubed
- 25 sachets ( 25 gm) sugar substitute
- 5‐6 cashew nuts chopped
- 5‐6 pistachios chopped and
- a pinch of cardamom powder
- Boil the milk in a deep sauce pan and medium heat for 20‐25 mins or till it thickens.
- Add sugar substitute and grated khoya. Mix well. And cook on medium heat for 3‐4 mins.
- Stir in between. When cool add mango pieces and sprinkle cardamom powder.
- And decorate with cashew nuts chopped pistachios.
- And chill it in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
