Egg Omelette-I

Ingredients:
  • Egg -- 1
  • Salt -- as per required
  • Red Chilli Powder -- 1/2 tsp
  • Oil -- 1 tsp
Method:
  • Beat egg well in a bowl.
  • Add salt and chilli powder to it.Again beat for few seconds.
  • Take a flat pan,heat oil and pour the egg mixture into it.
  • Slowly spread the mixture on the pan.
  • Cook for 2 min.
  • Flip over the omelette to other side and cook for 1 min.
  • Remove form pan and serve hot.

easy to make recipe for omlette. Usually i add green chilly instead of red chilly powder. Would definitely try this. First time here. Nice space. Do visit mine if you find time.
