Ingredients:
- Egg -- 1
- Salt -- as per required
- Red Chilli Powder -- 1/2 tsp
- Oil -- 1 tsp
- Beat egg well in a bowl.
- Add salt and chilli powder to it.Again beat for few seconds.
- Take a flat pan,heat oil and pour the egg mixture into it.
- Slowly spread the mixture on the pan.
- Cook for 2 min.
- Flip over the omelette to other side and cook for 1 min.
- Remove form pan and serve hot.
easy to make recipe for omlette. Usually i add green chilly instead of red chilly powder. Would definitely try this. First time here. Nice space. Do visit mine if you find time.
