Ingredients:
- Egg -- 1
- Onion -- 3 tbsp, cut into pieces
- Green Chilli -- 1
- Red Chilli Powder -- 1 tbsp
- Tomato -- 2tsp, chopped (optional)
- Carrot -- 1 tsp, chopped (optional)
- Salt -- As per required
- Oil -- 2 tsp
- Beat egg well in a bowl.
- Add salt,chilli powder to it and again beat for 1 min.
- Now add onion,tomato,chilli,carrot and mix well.
- Heat a flat pan,pour oil.
- Pour the egg mixture on the pan and spread it evenly.
- After 1 min, flip it over and again cook for 1 min.
- Serve hot.
Note:
If you want, you can add 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala Powder.
