Ingredients:
- 1/4kg boneless chicken
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- less than 1 tsp salt
- pinch of food colour
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- few drops of vinegar
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 1tsp tomato sauce
- oil for deep frying
- Clean the chicken.
- Add all ingredients to it.
- Keep it in the fridge for few seconds.
- Then deep fry it.
- You can serve this with rice or with biryani
