Ingredients:
- Chickpeas -- 2 cups(Boiled)
- Potato -- 1 cup, boiled and cut into pieces
- Tomato -- 1 cup, boiled and cut into pieces
- Green chilli paste -- 2 tsp
- Ginger paste -- 1 1/2 tsp
- Garlic Paste -- 2 tsp
- Chana Masala Powder -- 2 tsp
- Black Salt -- 1 tsp
- Dried Mango Powder -- 1/2 tsp
- Slat as per required
- Oil -- 3 tsp
- Cilantro leaves -- 1/4 cup chopped
- Heat oil in a vessel on a medium flame.
- Fry potato pieces for 5 min.
- Now add green chilli paste, ginger and garlic paste.Fry them for 1 min.
- Now add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour 1/2 cup of water into it and mix well.
- Close the lid and stay until all the water got evaporated.
- Switch off the heat.
- Garnish with Cilantro leaves and serve hot with rotis.
