Ingredients:
- Milk -- 1000 ml
- Vermicelli -- 1 cup
- Sugar -- 1/2 cup
- Custard Powder -- 1 tbsp, Strawberry Flavour
- Strawberry Essence -- 1/4 tbsp
- Cream -- 2 tbsp
- Badam, Pista , Cashew nuts-- 2 tbsp,chopped
Method:
- Pour milk in a heavy bottomed vessel.Take 2 or 3 tbsp of milk from it and keep it aside.
- Now boil milk.Add vermicelli to it.
- When the vermicelli is cooked well, add sugar and essence to it.
- Mix custard powder to the milk which we kept aside. See that no lumps are formed.
- Add this mixture to the boiled milk and vermicelli mixture.
- Sim the fire and stir the mixture until it thickens.
- Now add the nuts and keep it in refrigerator until it gets cool.
- Serve the chilled Custard.
