Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg chicken
- 1 tsp garlic-ginger paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- pinch of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- oil for deep fry
- Cut chicken into small pieces and boil it. Let it be cool.
- Add all the above ingredients and deep fry it.
- Serve hot chicken pakoda with onion
