Chicken Pakoda

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg chicken
  • 1 tsp garlic-ginger paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • oil for deep fry
Method:
  • Cut chicken into small pieces and boil it. Let it be cool.
  • Add all the above ingredients and deep fry it.
  • Serve hot chicken pakoda with onion
