Ingredients:
- Rice.........1 cup
- Moong dal..........1 cup
- Milk................4 cups
- Ghee............1/4th cup
- Sugar......1 cup
- Coconut......small pieces...1/4 th cup
- Cashew.......1/4 th cup
- Raisins...............1 tbsp
- Elaichi....3-4
- In a pan shallow fry the moong dal until the sweet smell comes.
- Add rice and fry for 2-3 min.
- Add milk .Boil it until the rice cooked well.(u can cook it in a cooker as well)
- Now add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Fry the coconut pieces ,cashew and raisins in ghee.Mix it with the cooked rice.
- Cover and cook for 1 min.
- Now add elaichi.
- Serve hot.
