Ingredients
- 6 slices - surmai / pomfret fish
- 4 cups water
- 5-6 cloves garlic roughly pounded
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 very flat spoon of sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- Put all the ingredients in a vessel.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer for about 7 mins or more.
- Make sure fish is cooked.
- Serve hot.
