Fish Soup

Ingredients
  • 6 slices - surmai / pomfret fish
  • 4 cups water
  • 5-6 cloves garlic roughly pounded
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 very flat spoon of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
Method
  • Put all the ingredients in a vessel.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Simmer for about 7 mins or more.
  • Make sure fish is cooked.
  • Serve hot.
