Ingredients
- 2 potatoes, peeled, cubed
- 2 mangoes, riped but firm, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds powder
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt as per taste
- white pepper powder as per taste
- 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
- 1/4 cup chopped mangoes
- In a pot, mix all the ingredients.
- Bring it to boil.
- Reduce heat and let it cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Let it cool a little.
- Blend with hand blender till smooth.
- Garnish with spring onion and mangoes before serving.
