Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:
  • Coconut Gratings - 1 Katori
  • Fried Gram Daal - 1/2 katori
  • Green chillies - 5 to 6
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Asafoetida - a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind pulp - 1 tsp
Method:
  • Mix all the ingredients and grind them into a fine chutney.
  • Season the chutney with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
