Egg Bajji

Egg Bajji is a famous street food in India.Egg are placed in flour dough and deep fry them to form a Bajji.It tastes good when taken with tomato sauce.

  • Egg -- 3 hard boiled quartered 
Make Batter of
  • 1 cup Besan flour/ Gram flour
  • Water as required 
  • 2 tbsp Salt 
  • a pinch of Soda Bicarbonate 
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli Powder 
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Powder 
  • 1/2 tbsp Asafoetida 
  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder 
  • Oil for deep frying 
  • Make batter of besan flour with required quantity of water. 
  • Add into batter- salt,soda bicarbonate,chilli powder,cumin powder,asafoetida and garam masala powder. 
  • Dip each piece of egg in the batter and deep fry till light brown. 
Serve as a snack of side dish with tomato sauce.
