- Sesame seeds - 2 cups
- Minced jaggery - 3/4 cup
- Cardamon powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Soak sesame seeds overnight and strain water.
- Dry it under sunlight for about an hour and reverse.
- In bowl add all the above said ingredients and mix well.
- Do not add water.
