Ingredients:
- Vermicelli -- 1 Cup, split itno small pieces
- Suji Rava -- 1/2 cup
- Yoghurt -- 1 cup
- Salt -- As per required
- Fruit Salt -- 1 tbsp
- Cashew -- few
- Black Gram -- 2 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds -- 1/2 tbsp
- Curry Leaves -- 2 strands
- Chilli -- 3
- Oil
Method:
- Heat a vessel,pour oil and fry roast the vermicelli.
- Remove vermicelli and now add suji rava to the vessel and fry roast it.
- Keep them aside.
- Now mix vermicelli,rava,salt,yoghurt.To this add water to form the idli batter.
- Again heat vessel,pour oil.Fry cashew,black gram,mustard,chilli.
- Add this mixture to idli batter.
- Add fruit salt and keep aside the batter for 30 min.
- Now take the idli plates, grease them and pour idli batter to it.
- Steam cook idli.
- Serve hot with Coconut Chutney.
