Ingredients:
- Vermicelli -- 1 cup
- All Purpose Flour -- 1/2 cup
- Suji Rava -- 1/2 cup
- Onion chopped -- 1 cup
- Chills -- 2 or 3
- Ginger -- 1" piece
- Cumin seeds -- 1/2 tbsp
- Ground Nuts -- 1 cup
- Coriander Powder -- 1 tbsp
- Salt -- as per required
- Oil -- for deep frying
- Grind the chillis and ginger into a fine paste.
- Now mix all the ingredients except oil to this paste.
- Take some quantity of mixture and shape it into vada.
- Make vadas with the mixture and deep fry in oil.
- Serve with Mint chutney.
