Liver Kabab

Ingredients:
Kebab are cooked on Skewers..In some areas these kebab refers to meat that is cooked over or next to flames; large or small cuts of meat, or even ground meat; it may be served on plates, in sandwiches, or in bowls. Liver kebab is easy to make as it cooks quickly.

Ingredients:
  • 1 kg Liver
  • 2 pieces cinnamon
  • 2garlic
  • 2 tbsp Pepper Powder
  • 200 gm Butter
  • 2 tbsp coriander Powder
  • 10 cloves
  • 1 inch ginger piece
  • 125 ml Curd
  • Salt as required
Method:
  • Cut the liver into 2 inch pieces and wash it with clean water.
  • Grind garlic, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and coriander powder altogether to paste. 
  • Add it with curd. 
  • Add salt and pepper powder and stir. Soak liver pieces in this mix. 
  • After an hour fix the liver pieces with "skewers" and burn on coal fir. Then apply melt butter on liver pieces. Burn for 10 minutes and use.
