Fish cooks fast..So to fry fish pieces we can choose some better method than to Deep frying them..That is Shallow frying or Pan frying the fish.Just pour some oil in the pan fry fish on one side,when it is done turn it and fry the other side. Thats it..
- 1 kg Fish
- 125 gm. Cooking oil
- 2 Lemon
- 2 tbsp Pepper Powder
- Salt as required
- Wash well the fish and cut into small pieces.
- Grind chilli and salt to powder and mix.
- Sprinkle chilli mix on fish pieces well, and keep it for 15 min.
- Heat the oil in a vessel and shallow fry the fish pieces and use.
